I ordered some fancy prosecco popcorn and flavoured marshmallows for a birthday gift. Received yesterday but they only have four to five weeks left before they expire which is a week after the person's birthday. Not great when giving as a gift. If they sell food it should have a better shelf life or state that things have short shelf lives so people don't buy as gifts

Yesterday I ordered a next day…
Yesterday I ordered a next day delivery, a gift voucher for a night glamping as a surprise for a friend's birthday.
My initial email about the order was answered promptly and I was told the E voucher would be with me later that afternoon.
The E voucher did not arrive yesterday or this morning in time for me to give it to my friend, so I had to order another present from a company who were able to deliver the voucher immediately on payment.
Wish I'd seen these reviews before I purchased.

Broken items but solid customer service
Ordered a Smash Chocolate Champagne Bottle via next day delivery and it came pre-broken. Contacted customer service who were helpful and sent out a replacement which also came pre-broken. I was quickly refunded and the other item in my order arrived safely but I would avoid ordering anything breakable from this site.

Spider doesn't climb
Bought remote controlled spider for my grandson opened Christmas morning it went along floor for while but didn't climb wall and supposed to walk ceiling didn't do either told prezzy box sent me a replacement which still doesn't do anything its supposed to do also ordered a whistle find your keys dog which doesn't work prezzy box immediately refunded so although I'm disappointed with products I must say prezzy box were excellent with customer service

Concern over order having seen poor reviews
I have just placed an order for a special present for my friend who has Covid. Having only just checked Trustpilot AFTER ordering I'm now concerned that the gifts won't arrive by the time I have been promised!
Prezzybox please can you confirm?

I'm delighted with how the Prezzybox team handled my query and I'm pleased to report that my friend's present arrived in time and she was very happy with the quality of the gifts.

Wish I had checked here before ordering, the rating speaks for itself. Ordered a birthday present as the website promised next day delivery. Gift arrived 5 days later, dropped on doorstep even though recipient was at home. Covid blamed, which is likely a valid excuse but, do not advertise next day delivery if you cannot guarantee it. Sent in a review, to which they replied (in order to look professional) and was asked to contact them, but reply cam from a 'no-reply' email address and no other contact details were offered.

Late gifts, no response !!
My partner ordered a gift for her sister in law. It has now been over 2 weeks after the delivery date and still no goods.
She has sent 3 emails and had only one automated response that sent the original delivery dates, even though this was one 1 week after the dates.
Not good customer service at all.

Bought a pair of microwaveable…
Bought a pair of microwaveable slippers/boots. Poor quality and soaking wet once out of the microwave. Do not buy from this site.
Poor service all round
Ordered socks for my son. Asked to upload 4 images. May I suggest that an example of finished item is visible prior to purchasing. Imaging on socks is very disappointing. In areas same picture superimposed on top of each other. Sock quality also poor. Delivery problems. Queried delivery and instead of responding, they type out an out of office response. Usually an out of office response appears straight away. This was sent 15 minutes post my email chaser. Sadly I cannot recommend using this company.

Expensive. Late delivery.
Ordered a bunch of presents to say good luck to my partner arriving at her new job with "2 day delivery". She received one of 4 items a week later, still waiting on the rest 2 weeks later. Expected better for the extortionate price I paid.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. I placed an order for a last minute Xmas gift (non personalised standard item), only to receive an email stating they can’t send my item to Northern Ireland because of Brexit. In the same email they stated that personalised items are not affected and can be posted. So what is the difference??
